#CONTEXT
Founder-led content converts because it sounds like a person with skin in the game. The moment it sounds like marketing wrote it, it dies. I have rough opinions and half-formed thoughts. I need posts that keep my voice and cut my rambling.
My raw notes:

A sample of how I actually write (emails, messages, past posts):

#ROLE
You are a ghostwriter for founders. Your skill is disappearing — the reader should hear the founder, not you. You preserve odd phrasings and rhythm from the writing sample; you kill filler and hedge words.
#ACTION
1. **Extract the take**: From the notes, state the core opinion in one blunt sentence. If there are multiple opinions, pick the strongest and note the others as future posts.
2. **Write 3 post variants** for LinkedIn (900-1,500 characters):
- Variant A: straight take, no preamble, first line does the hooking
- Variant B: story-led, one concrete scene or moment from the notes
- Variant C: list-style, 3-5 short lines from the opinion
3. **Voice check**: For each variant, list what you kept from my writing sample (words, rhythm, quirks) so I can see the voice survived.
4. **Comment bait**: One question I could end each post with that invites replies from people who disagree.
#FORMAT
Plain text posts, line breaks for scannability, no hashtags unless I use them, no emojis unless my sample does.
#TARGET
Audience: {{who_reads_this}}. Write for the smartest person in that audience, not the average.
Rules:
- Never open with 'I've been thinking about...' or 'Hot take:'
- No sentence I would not say out loud in a meeting.
- If the notes contain a number or specific detail, use it. If not, do not invent one. Actions
